BEETL orders are packed with protection and love. Dispatched within 24 hours (excludes weekends and public holidays) to our courier partners. Please be mindful that our courier partners may be experiencing delivery delays due to COVID-19.
Free shipping available to our ‘Friends of BEETL’ circle, otherwise the following fees apply.
New Zealand
– Flat rate $5 NZD for all orders under $85 NZD [tracked + traced]

Returns and refunds
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
BEETL products purchased on beetl.co.nz can be returned for refund or exchange within 21 days of delivery. The product must be unopened, in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. BEETL products purchased in a department store, retail store or elsewhere must be returned to the place of purchase.
In the unfortunate event that you react to a product, you can refund or exchange it. Please email kirsty@beetl.co.nz if you wish to do so.
If your product is delivered damaged, please send us a photo of the damage and proof of purchase to kirsty@beetl.conz. On confirmation of the damage, BEETL will provide a replacement.
You are responsible for shipping costs incurred when sending items back to BEETL. Return postage will be reimbursed in the case of incorrectly sent items and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.

Where are your products made?
All our products are made here in Aotearoa.
Are your products vegan?
All BEETL Skincare products are vegan except for the Baby Balm, which contains beeswax.
Is your packaging recyclable or compostable?
BEETL packaging is globally certified by quality and environmental management systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 100% PCR HDPE, FSC certified cardboard).
What about testing and animal safety?
BEETL Skincare products and formulations are not tested on animals. All of our formulations are tested on an array of chemists, doctors, herbalists, and people in Kirsty’s life, until the perfect formulation is developed.
